Craft | Incentive Campaign Terms

These terms ("Terms") apply to the Craft marketing incentive campaign described below (the "Offer"). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Craft's Terms of Service. This Offer is administered by Craft Technologies, Inc. ("Craft," "we," or "us").

1. Offer Eligibility

To be eligible to receive the incentive described in these Terms (the "Reward"), you must meet all of the following conditions:

New to Craft: You must not be a current or former Craft customer, have previously submitted your email to Craft, or have previously engaged with Craft's sales team.
Qualification completion: You must complete the qualification questionnaire on our website, providing accurate information about your company size, CRM, industry, and revenue.
Geography and role: You must (i) be located in a jurisdiction where Craft offers its services (currently the United States and Canada) and (ii) be in a role where you have influence over purchasing decisions for your organization's sales technology.
Demo meeting: After completing the qualification process, you must attend and complete a scheduled demo meeting with a Craft sales representative to receive the Reward.
Business eligibility: Your organization must be a home services company (including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and related trades) with at least 5 field service professionals and/or at least 3 customer support representatives.

Craft reserves the right to determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria and may disqualify individuals at its sole discretion.

2. Reward Fulfillment

Eligible participants who complete all requirements will receive a $100 digital gift card.

Delivery: Rewards will be delivered by email to eligible participants within 30 business days of completing a qualifying demo meeting.
Gift card options: Rewards will be issued as a digital gift card to a major retailer (such as Amazon, Visa, or similar).
Redemption window: You must claim your Reward within 90 days of receiving the email. Unclaimed rewards will expire.

Craft is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered emails or for Rewards not received due to user error (including incorrect or inaccessible email addresses or failure to complete required actions).

3. Restrictions

Non-transferable: Rewards are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned.
No combination: This Offer cannot be combined with any other Craft offers, referral rewards, promotional campaigns, or discounts.
One per participant: Limit one Reward per eligible participant and one per organization.
Tax responsibility: Rewards may be taxable. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult their tax advisor.

4. Modifications and Termination

Craft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice and for any reason. Craft also reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Reward in the event of actual or suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

This Offer is currently scheduled to run beginning January 1, 2026, and may end at any time at Craft's discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Craft Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in the processing or administration of this offer. All rewards are subject to Craft's review and may be withheld or forfeited if eligibility criteria are not met.
