Who We Are
Craft is the AI sales engine for the trillion dollar home services and home improvement space (think flooring, foundation repair, roofing, windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Our AI listens to every conversation whether in the call center or in the home, and uses that rich context to create differentiated agents that book new appointments, sell new opportunities, and expand existing customer bases.
We're a small founding team, but we're growing very fast. We're just getting started, and haven't fully emerged from stealth yet, but we've already signed a handful of the largest enterprises and PE consolidators in the space as customers. We've managed to do so, profitably, without any external funding.
We're fully in-office in NYC. We move fast. We think long-term. And we're just getting started.
The Role
We don't need someone with experience. We need someone who's AI-native and can figure anything out.
You'll use Claude, Clay, and every AI tool imaginable to build growth systems that scale. Create content that dominates SEO. Build email infrastructure that converts. Run paid campaigns that print money. Ship landing pages that convert at 10%+.
This is for someone who lives in the future — you're already using AI tools that most people haven't heard of. You can prompt engineer your way to anything. You're equal parts technical wizard and creative marketer. Experience doesn't matter. Raw ability does.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-Powered Growth Systems: Use Claude, Clay, and automation tools to create scalable outreach, content generation, and lead enrichment systems.
- Content & SEO Domination: Create content that ranks #1 for every keyword contractors search. Blog posts, tools, calculators — whatever drives organic traffic.
- Email Infrastructure: Build email sequences that nurture and convert. Set up infrastructure, write copy, optimize deliverability, and scale what works.
- Paid Acquisition: Run experiments across Google, Meta, and trade publications. Start with $10k/month, scale to $1M/month.
- Ship Fast: Launch 10+ experiments per week. Landing pages, ad campaigns, email tests — move at startup speed.

- Technical + Creative: You can write code, analyze data, and craft compelling content. Both sides of your brain work.
