We're attacking a $700B market that's still running on paper. Founded by engineers from Tesla/Rippling and GTM leaders who've built billion-dollar companies. Now we need someone extraordinary to pour fuel on the fire.
The Role: Founding Growth Associate
We don't need someone with experience. We need someone who's AI-native and can figure anything out.
You'll use Claude, Clay, and every AI tool imaginable to build growth systems that scale. Create content that dominates SEO. Build email infrastructure that converts. Run paid campaigns that print money. Ship landing pages that convert at 10%+.
This is for someone who lives in the future — you're already using AI tools that most people haven't heard of. You can prompt engineer your way to anything. You're equal parts technical wizard and creative marketer. Experience doesn't matter. Raw ability does.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-Powered Growth Systems: Use Claude, Clay, and automation tools to create scalable outreach, content generation, and lead enrichment systems.
- Content & SEO Domination: Create content that ranks #1 for every keyword contractors search. Blog posts, tools, calculators — whatever drives organic traffic.
- Email Infrastructure: Build email sequences that nurture and convert. Set up infrastructure, write copy, optimize deliverability, and scale what works.
- Paid Acquisition: Run experiments across Google, Meta, and trade publications. Start with $10k/month, scale to $1M/month.
- Ship Fast: Launch 10+ experiments per week. Landing pages, ad campaigns, email tests — move at startup speed.

- Technical + Creative: You can write code, analyze data, and craft compelling content. Both sides of your brain work.
- Uses AI for everything: Claude, GPT-4, and tools others haven't heard of. You prompt engineer your way to solutions.
- Speed Demon: You ship 10x faster than normal humans. What takes others a week takes you an afternoon.
- Data Obsessed: You measure everything, A/B test religiously, and let data drive decisions.
- Based in NYC: This is in-person, high-collaboration, and we need you here.
