We saw a trillion-dollar industry running on gut instinct and spreadsheets. Home services companies were closing millions in revenue, but had no idea why deals won or lost. The tools that existed were built for tech companies—not for the CSR handling a stressed customer call, or the rep at the kitchen table.
So we built it ourselves. From scratch. For how you actually work.
