Sales Development Representative
New York, NY • Full-time • $100K–$120K OTE + Equity
Craft is the AI sales engine for the trillion-dollar home services industry. Our AI coaches reps in real time on every call across field, call center, and inside sales, then turns those conversations into revenue.
We've signed some of the largest enterprises and PE consolidators in the space without a dedicated sales team. Without external funding. Profitably. We're winning, and we're hiring people who want to win with us.
The Role
This is a role for an exceptional person who happens to be interested in sales.
You'll own the top of our funnel. Find the right companies, get them on the phone, and book the meetings that turn into revenue. You'll have real impact from day one, not month six. The work is hard, the feedback is fast, and the upside is uncapped.
We don't care whether you've sold before. We care how driven you are.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound. Prospect, research, and engage new accounts every day.
- Book qualified meetings through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Get home services owners and VPs of Sales to pick up and pay attention
- Represent Craft at industry events and book demos on the spot
- Become an expert on our product, our customers, and how great salespeople sell

Compensation
- $100K - $120K OTE (base + commission) + meaningful equity
