How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact our support team:

Please include your name, email address associated with your account, and any other details that will help us locate your information. Our team will review your request and follow up with you.

What to Know

Customer Data: If you are an end user who interacted with Craft through one of our business customers, please direct your request to that customer. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, our customers control their customer data.

Data Retention: We may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or for legitimate business purposes. We'll work with you to address your request appropriately.

Account Access: Depending on what data is deleted, you may lose access to certain features or your account.
