Craft is the AI sales engine for the trillion-dollar home services industry. Our AI analyzes every customer interaction across the customer journey and uses that rich context to create differentiated agents that book new appointments, sell new opportunities, and expand existing customer bases.

We've signed some of the largest enterprises and PE consolidators in the space without a dedicated GTM team. Without external funding. Profitably. Now we're looking for someone to build the pipeline engine.

What You'll Do

  • Capture attention and convert it — own the full funnel from awareness to closed deal
  • Define our story and positioning — craft the narrative that resonates with buyers
  • Build the GTM foundation — customer insights, messaging, sales enablement
  • Run experiments across channels — outbound, content, events, paid. Find what works, then scale it.
  • Bridge marketing, sales, and customer success — create loops for acquisition and retention
  • Travel to conferences to pitch Craft and book qualified demos

Who You Are

  • Early-stage experience — you've built something from near-scratch, not just managed existing systems
  • Strategic storyteller — you understand the buyer and know how to position a product
  • Experimentation mindset — you design tests, analyze data, and iterate quickly
  • Cross-functional operator — comfortable bridging marketing, sales, and product
  • Scrappy — you do a lot with limited resources. Generalist who can go deep when needed.
  • Willing to be in NYC 5 days a week

Compensation

  • $70-90K base + commission on pipeline (OTE $120-150K) + meaningful equity
