Founding Growth Lead
New York, NY • Full-time • In-person • $70,000 – $150,000 OTE + Equity
Craft is the AI sales engine for the trillion-dollar home services industry. Our AI analyzes every customer interaction across the customer journey and uses that rich context to create differentiated agents that book new appointments, sell new opportunities, and expand existing customer bases.
We've signed some of the largest enterprises and PE consolidators in the space without a dedicated growth team. Without external funding. Profitably. Now we're looking for our first growth hire to build the engine: the pipeline, the brand, and the content that turns Craft into the name everyone in home services knows.
What You'll Do
- Generate pipeline: build the engine that turns strangers into qualified demos across outbound, inbound, events, and paid
- Build the brand: make Craft the category-defining voice in home services AI through positioning, narrative, and awareness
- Own content and SEO: ship blog posts, tools, case studies, and organic social that rank, get shared, and compound into pipeline
- Run experiments fast: launch campaigns weekly, read the data, kill what fails, and pour fuel on what works
- Create loops with sales and customer success: turn acquisition, expansion, and referral into a repeatable system
- Travel to conferences to pitch Craft and book qualified demos in person
Who You Are
- Mid-career operator who has personally driven growth, with a track record of pipeline or revenue you can point to and say "I built that"
- Hands-on-keyboard growth hacker: you run the experiments, write the content, and wire up the tools yourself, not by briefing an agency or managing a team
- Fluent with modern growth tooling: AI, automation, SEO, paid, and outbound platforms like Clay
- Strategic storyteller who can write the narrative and the content, not just brief someone else to
- Scrappy generalist: you do a lot with limited resources, move fast, and go deep when needed
- Hungry to accelerate, not coast: you want to build the function and grow into Head of Growth, not manage from the sidelines
- Willing to be in NYC 5 days a week

Compensation
- $70-90K base + commission on pipeline (OTE $120-150K) + meaningful equity
