New York, NY • Full-time • In-person • $100,000 – $125,000 OTE + Equity

Craft is the AI sales engine for the trillion-dollar home services industry. Our AI analyzes every customer interaction across the customer journey and uses that rich context to create differentiated agents that book new appointments, sell new opportunities, and expand existing customer bases.

We've signed some of the largest enterprises and PE consolidators in the space without a dedicated GTM team. Without external funding. Profitably. As a Go to Market Associate, you're on the front lines of our growth: driving outbound, booking high-quality demos, and shaping how the market first experiences Craft.

This isn't a traditional SDR seat. It's the proving ground for becoming an Account Executive at a company that's scaling fast. You won't inherit a script and a quota. You'll help build the outbound engine from the ground up, work directly with our founders and sales team, and earn your way into closing deals and owning revenue as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound: identify and engage high-potential home services operators (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, foundation repair, and more)
  • Run personalized, structured outreach campaigns that generate qualified demos and pipeline
  • Manage high-volume outreach with precision: quality, follow-up, and message consistency
  • Partner with founders, sales, and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and GTM experiments
  • Help build the outbound playbook as the team scales. You're shaping the engine, not inheriting it
  • Travel to industry conferences to pitch Craft and book qualified demos in person

Compensation

  • $60-80K base + uncapped commission on pipeline (OTE $100-125K) + meaningful equity
