2026Leaping AI vs Hatch
Leaping AI is a voice agent for many industries and Hatch is Yelp-owned AI lead management across voice, SMS, and email; neither runs the in-home sale natively.
Craft is built only for home improvement and runs the full revenue cycle on one system: the call, the in-home sale, and the customer after the sale.

Booking the lead is where the work starts. Craft gives your team one system to book, coach, and close.
AI agents book the call, live assist and QA coach the contact center, in-home recording coaches the rep, and follow-up runs after the sale. Hatch reaches the home through Siro and stops there, and Leaping AI stops at the call.
Windows and doors, bath and kitchen, siding, flooring, and roofing. Leaping AI serves eight verticals and Hatch serves home improvement and the wider trades.
Live agent assist and QA on 100% of contact center calls, plus native in-home recording and coaching. Hatch reports on agents, and Leaping AI hands the booked call back to your team.
When to choose Leaping AI
You want a voice agent that answers in seconds and runs outbound at scale, you run call volume across several industries, and nothing after the call needs to change.
When to choose Hatch
You want AI lead management across voice, SMS, email, and web chat in one campaign builder, run on ServiceTitan with Yelp lead flow behind it, and you are fine reaching the in-home appointment through a Siro integration.
When to choose Craft
You sell windows and doors, baths, kitchens, siding, flooring, or roofing and want one system across the call, the home, and the customer after the sale, with agents that share one context and a forward-deployed engineer on site.
All three work the lead the moment it lands. If you sell outside home improvement, Leaping AI and Hatch cover that ground and Craft does not.

Leaping AI is a voice agent sold across many industries, with Thompson Creek as its named home improvement customer, and it suits an enterprise call center that wants inbound answered in about 7 seconds and outbound at scale. Hatch is Yelp-owned AI lead management across voice, SMS, email, and web chat, with a certified ServiceTitan app and 23 native lead sources, and it reaches the in-home appointment through a Siro integration. Craft is built only for home improvement and runs the full revenue cycle on one system, from the answered call through live agent assist, the in-home appointment, rep assignment, and follow-up with the customer after the sale.
Neither publishes prices. Third parties report $1,000 to $2,500 per month for Leaping AI and $600 to $1,500 per month plus usage for Hatch, on an annual term paid monthly per location. Craft starts at $999 per month, usage-based.
Yelp closed the acquisition on February 2, 2026 for about $271 million in cash plus $30 million in retention payments, and Hatch is now a wholly owned Yelp subsidiary. Ask about the roadmap, who owns your support relationship, and the renewal terms before you sign or renew.
Hatch reports on them: its Call Center Dashboard compares human and AI agents on volume and booking rate, with no call scoring or live coaching described. Leaping AI's published grading applies to its own AI agents. Craft scores 100% of human agent calls and coaches the agent while the call is still going. See Craft vs Leaping AI or Craft vs Hatch.
