Book a demoWho is Asher Raphael?
Asher Raphael is co-CEO of Power Home Remodeling, the largest full-service exterior home remodeler in the United States, alongside Corey Schiller. His story is a textbook sales-to-CEO climb: he joined Power in an entry-level sales role in 2003 as a recent college graduate who did not plan to stay long, rose through leadership, and became co-CEO in 2013. Under Raphael and Schiller, Power reports roughly $1.7 billion in revenue, more than 5,000 employees, and over a million lifetime customers.

From knocking on the door to co-CEO
Raphael and Corey Schiller started at Power on the same day in 2003, both in entry-level sales, and climbed together to run the company as co-CEO partners. It is an unusually literal shared journey, and it shapes how Power tells its own story: work ethic and character over titles and degrees. Raphael credits being coached early, when he was far from the best player, with sharpening the instincts he later used to help scale the business nationally.
A culture-first operator
Power's public identity is built on being a place people want to work. It has been a multi-year honoree on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, has topped Fortune's Best Workplaces in Construction, and Raphael and Schiller were named to Glassdoor's Best CEOs list for 2026. Raphael ties nearly all of the company's growth back to the same source.
We just surround ourselves with such great people, and a commitment to that, first and foremost, has been the answer to most of the success that we've had.
Why Asher Raphael matters
Raphael is proof that the front-line sales floor can be a path to the top of a billion-dollar remodeler, and that culture and recruiting can be the growth strategy rather than a byproduct of it. For operators trying to scale an in-home sales business, Power under Raphael is one of the most studied models of building the machine by building the team first.
