Book a demoWho is Brad Hillier?
Brad Hillier is the CEO of Re-Bath, the largest complete bathroom-remodeling franchise in the United States, a role he has held since 2015. He joined the company as CFO and COO in 2010 and rose to the top job. His background is in restructuring and turnarounds, with earlier roles at AlixPartners, KPMG, and PwC. Under Hillier, Re-Bath reports more than 140 locations and roughly $494 million in systemwide sales.

From a dealer network to a franchise brand
Hillier's core move was turning Re-Bath from a loose, product-driven dealer network into a unified consumer brand. He reoriented the company around the homeowner's design experience rather than just selling acrylic tub and shower products, and gave franchisees room to operate within clear guardrails on customer experience.
[Re-Bath] operated more like a dealer than a franchise network, so we needed to unify and come together as a brand.
That repositioning, plus a national partnership with Lowe's, drove systemwide sales from roughly $264 million in 2020 to $494 million in 2024. Private-equity firm TZP Group acquired Re-Bath's parent in 2021.
Why Brad Hillier matters
Hillier is a study in the finance-and-turnaround path to CEO, and in franchising as a growth model for high-ticket remodeling. His rebuild of Re-Bath from dealer network to cohesive consumer brand is a template for how a fragmented category gets professionalized.
