Book a demoWho is Jim Roland?
Jim Roland is the owner and CEO of Window World of Baton Rouge, a family-operated replacement-window franchise he has run for more than 30 years. His operation has been the No. 1 franchisee in the national Window World system since 2006, has grown past $100 million in total sales volume, and serves about a quarter of Louisiana plus parts of Texas and Florida. Window World's corporate parent is led separately by CEO Tammy Whitworth.

The top franchisee in the system
Roland joined the Window World franchise in 2002, drawn to its simple, high-volume sales model, and built the Baton Rouge location into the best-performing franchise in the entire network, a title it has held since 2006. The business has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies seven times.
A genuinely family business
Window World of Baton Rouge is family-operated in the literal sense: three of Roland's children work in the business, and he anchors the culture in that fact.
We never lose sight of core values that make us different. Nothing is more important than family.
Why Jim Roland matters
Roland is proof of how far a single well-run franchise can go. While much of home improvement consolidates through corporate ownership and private equity, he built a nine-figure business inside a franchise system, on local roots and family operation, and stayed at the top of it for nearly two decades.
