Book a demoWho is AJ Wadian?
AJ Wadian is the co-founder and CEO of Premier Home Pros, an in-home bath remodeler he launched with Noah Jackson at the end of 2022. After roughly 17 years in home improvement at companies including Leaf Home, Window Nation, and Erie Home, he bootstrapped Premier with about $65,000 and grew it to roughly $80 million in gross sales across 10 locations by 2024. He was named to Pro Remodeler's 40 Under 40 for 2025.

A two-year rocket, self-funded
Premier's growth is the headline. Wadian and Jackson turned on leads within a day of launching, closed their first sale within the first few days, did about $15 million in year one, and reached roughly $80 million by year two, all without outside capital. Wadian drives aggressive growth while Jackson, his co-founder, describes himself as the brakes.
Selling by system
The engine is a standardized in-home sales process. Wadian built a repeatable, multi-step sales system with same-visit conversions and fast speed-to-lead scheduling, run consistently across every market.

Why AJ Wadian matters
Premier Home Pros is one of the fastest zero-to-scale stories in recent home improvement, and it was done on a shoestring. For operators, Wadian's playbook is a case study in how far a tight sales system and disciplined execution can go without private-equity money behind it.
