Book a demoWho is Jeff Beck?
Jeff Beck is the President and CEO of Window Nation, one of the largest window-replacement companies in the country. He is a hired operator rather than a founder: Window Nation was started in 2006 by brothers Aaron and Harley Magden, and Beck joined as CEO in early 2023, coming from the top job at Leaf Home. He leads a private-equity-backed company, owned by AEA Investors, headquartered in Fulton, Maryland.

Growth by acquisition and expansion
Under Beck, Window Nation has grown on two tracks: buying established regional brands and opening new markets. It acquired the Florida impact-window company ARMORVUE in 2024 and NewSouth Window Solutions in 2025, keeping both brands to build a two-name position in Florida. In early 2026, timed to the company's 20th anniversary, it announced expansion into five new markets, including its first locations in Michigan.
Florida is one of the most dynamic and competitive home improvement markets in the country, and we are thrilled to be adding another respected, high-performing team to our family.
Why Jeff Beck matters
Beck is a case study in the professional-CEO path through home improvement: he scaled Leaf Home, then moved to run another PE-backed platform. Window Nation under him shows the modern playbook for a window brand, mixing bolt-on acquisitions with disciplined new-market expansion under private-equity ownership.
