Who is Daniel Gluck?

Daniel Gluck is the founder and CEO of Renuity, a national home-improvement platform based in Charlotte, North Carolina that unites regional remodeling brands under one consumer-facing name. He founded the business in 2019 to consolidate a set of home-improvement brands, went full-time as CEO in 2020, and in 2024 sold the platform to Greenbriar Equity Group while staying on to run it. He came to home improvement from finance, after roughly eleven years in private equity at York Capital and an early career in Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group.

From private equity to founder

Gluck spent his career on the investor side before crossing over to operate. He started in Goldman's Special Situations Group, then spent more than a decade at York Capital, rising to Managing Director. When he founded the company in 2019, originally as Titan Home Improvement, he was building the very roll-up an investor would want to back, then chose to run it himself.

One brand from many

The Renuity thesis is consolidation into a single national name. The platform absorbed a string of well-known regional operators, including FHIA Remodeling, Mad City Windows and Baths, Statewide Remodeling, Pacific Bath, and Rite Window, then began retiring those local names and moving customers under one "Renuity" brand across dozens of states. In 2024 the platform passed from York to Greenbriar Equity Group, with Gluck staying on as CEO.

Renuity is still in the early innings of our potential as a company.

Why Daniel Gluck matters

Gluck is the investor-turned-operator archetype, and Renuity is one of the clearest bets that home improvement can support a single national consumer brand rather than a patchwork of local ones. Whether beloved regional names should be folded into one identity is a live debate in the industry, and Renuity is the most visible test of it.
