Who is Jay Teresi?

Jay Teresi became CEO of Infinity Home Services in January 2026, when founder Josh Sparks transitioned to Founder and Chairman. Infinity is a private-equity-backed platform that partners with and acquires local residential roofing and exteriors brands, backed by LightBay Capital and Freeman Spogli. Teresi brings roughly 25 years in home services, most recently as President and CEO of Repipe Specialists, and before that more than 20 years at The Home Depot, ending as General Manager of its Installation Services division.

A Home Depot installation operator for a roofing roll-up

Teresi's pedigree fits the job. At The Home Depot he ran Installation Services, one of the largest in-home installation operations in the industry, then moved into private-equity-backed leadership at Repipe Specialists. Infinity is his second sponsor-owned platform, and the roll-up thesis is the same: bring established local roofing brands under one roof, let them keep their names and teams, and share capital, marketing, and systems.

I'm honored by the trust Infinity Home Services and Josh Sparks have placed in me. I look forward to learning from him while working alongside the leadership team to serve our customers, support our people, and grow the business.

Why Jay Teresi matters

Teresi represents the professional operator recruited to scale a founder-built roofing platform, a pattern repeating across home services. His Home Depot installation background is directly relevant to a business built on getting in-home work done at volume, and how he integrates two dozen brands will be a test of the acquire-and-partner model in roofing.
