Jeff Kizilbash has been CEO of Omnia Exterior Solutions since December 2023, leading a platform that rolls up residential roofing and exterior-remodeling companies across the country. Omnia is backed by growth-equity firm CCMP Growth Advisors, and by its second anniversary in 2025 it had grown to roughly 11 partner companies across 22 states. Kizilbash spent more than 18 years running Sears' home-services business and most recently was CEO of the medical-aesthetics platform RealSelf.
A home-services and integration specialist
Kizilbash is a consumer-services operator, not a career roofer. At Sears he ran a large home-services line spanning remodels, HVAC, and exteriors, and at RealSelf he specifically managed acquisitions and integrations, the exact skill CCMP recruited him for. Omnia's model is to acquire strong regional contractors, keep their local brands, and invest so they grow faster on shared systems.
