Book a demoWho is Russ Reynolds?
Russ Reynolds became CEO of Stronghouse Solutions in December 2024, in a planned transition succeeding founder Kirt Linington, who moved to the board. Stronghouse is a private-equity-backed roof-replacement and exterior-home-services platform, backed by O2 Investment Partners, with 59 locations across more than 30 states. Reynolds brings nearly 40 years in consumer services and multi-brand franchising.

A consumer-services operator moves into roofing
Reynolds built his career scaling consumer and franchise brands. He ran Batteries Plus to 600-plus stores, led Lynx Franchising and its portfolio of service brands including JAN-PRO, and most recently was CEO of Spotless Brands in car washes. Stronghouse recruited him to apply that multi-unit playbook to a fast-growing roofing platform.
It is an exciting time for the roofing industry, and I am humbled to inherit the impressive legacy that has already been built at Stronghouse.
Why Russ Reynolds matters
Reynolds is another example of home services importing leadership from adjacent consumer industries. His track record of margin and same-unit growth across retail, cleaning, and car washes is now being pointed at roofing, testing whether franchise-scaling skills transfer cleanly into exteriors.
